Welcome to MineTopia – a safe, fun, and respectful Minecraft community. All players must follow the rules below to ensure a positive experience for everyone. By joining our server or Discord, you agree to these terms.

🚫 Zero Tolerance for Hacks & Exploits

MineTopia has a strict policy against hacking, duping, and exploiting any game mechanics. Such actions harm the community and will not be tolerated.

  • ❌ Use of hacks, cheats, or duplication glitches will result in an immediate and permanent IP ban.
  • 🛡️ Our staff team is trained to detect and act swiftly against these violations.
  • ⚠️ Attempting to evade bans or use alternate accounts will also lead to permanent bans.

  • Be kind and respectful to all players at all times.
  • No bullying, harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior.

  • Keep usernames, builds, and skins family-friendly.
  • No content promoting self-harm, violence, or illegal activity.

  • Do not share or request personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.).
  • Parents are encouraged to monitor their child’s playtime and activity.

4. 🧱 No Griefing, Stealing, or Cheating

  • No griefing or destroying other players’ builds.
  • No stealing items or trespassing into others’ bases without permission.
  • Hacks, cheats, exploits, or unfair mods are strictly prohibited.
  • Do not advertise other Minecraft servers or Discords.

5. 🏗️ Build Responsibly

  • All builds must be appropriate and non-offensive.
  • Do not build near others without their consent.
  • Lag machines, auto-farms, or redstone contraptions may be removed if they affect server performance.

6. 📢 Chat and Voice Etiquette

  • No spam, flooding, or excessive use of caps/emojis.
  • Keep voice chats clean and respectful—no loud music, shouting, or background noise.
  • Use English in public/global chats for clear communication.

7. 🚷 No Advertising or Self-Promotion

  • Do not promote other servers, YouTube/Twitch channels, or Discords without staff permission.
  • Do not post invite links or external content in chat.

8. 🧍 Follow Staff Instructions

  • Staff are here to help and keep the server fun for everyone.
  • Listen to their directions and respect their decisions.
  • Do not argue with staff in public channels — use private messages or tickets for disputes.

9. ⛔ No Ban Evasion or Alternate Accounts

  • Using alternate accounts to bypass a punishment is not allowed.
  • Ban evasion may result in a permanent ban across all accounts.

10. 📣 Reporting & Support

  • If you see rule-breaking, report it to staff immediately.
  • Use /report in-game or submit a ticket in Discord.
  • Do not take matters into your own hands.

  • We encourage parents to be involved in their child’s gaming experience.
  • Resources are available for learning how to monitor Minecraft gameplay safely.
